by Altavoz lab is a collaborative project within palabra. to strengthen reporting at small community outlets that serve people of color and immigrants. We will pair a small group of local reporters with seasoned mentors, and help them produce stories that will enable local audiences to participate more fully in democracy. Their work will be additionally featured in palabra. a publication created by the National Association of Hispanic Journalists.
